2015 was a big year for Prospect Park! Car traffic was greatly reduced on weekdays, making it more accessible to bikers, runners, and pedestrians. To make it even safer for bikes, a group of local shops, racing teams, and cycling groups is asking the DOT to make repaving of the park a priority before spring of 2016. Composed by former DOT Policy Director Jon Orcutt, the letter was sent to leaders at the Prospect Park Alliance and the DOT on December 9. We encourage you to voice your support for the repaving.
