Are you open?

Yes! We are a full-service shop at all locations now, just doing things a little differently. We are having folks line up outside, and bringing out items for them to try, or bringing their bikes in for service. Please wear a mask if you visit and be prepared to wait. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we try to take care of as many customers as possible in a way that is safe for them and us.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

Park Slope 476 5th Avenue, Brooklyn. Mon-Weds & Fri 11-5, Thursday 11-7, Sat & Sun 10-4. Chelsea 228 7th Avenue, Manhattan. Mon-Sat 11-7, Sun 11-6. Prospect Heights: 560 Vanderbilt Avenue, Brooklyn. Mon-Fri 11- 7, Sat 11-6, Sun 11-5

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Nope, just come by! We will have you wait outside while we bring your bike in for service. We'll assess it, and take care of minor repairs while you wait whenever possible, or have you check it in for more involved work. Either way, the first step is to bring it in for an assessment.

Can you ship this item internationally?

No, and we will not reply to any related inquiries.
