I purchased this bike from my local bike shop and I am very pleased so far. The Sora shifters are very easy to use and I think it shifts very smoothly. I have taken it on several 25 mile rides and I am so comfortable in the saddle. I can really tell a difference in the women's geometry as opposed to just riding a small men's bike. My reach is very comfortable and sitting on the hoods is great. I am starting to train for longer rides and I think this is the perfect bike for that. I would not say this bike is built for speed, although it is quite light, but more for endurance riding. If you are looking for a super fast bike then I don't think this is for you. However if you are looking to build up your endurance and enjoy a smooth, comfortable ride in the process then this is perfect.
